Readiness of adult personality to informal socialization
Modern world is building informational, post-industrial society. The presence of these external conditions ensures the spreading of such phenomenon as informal socialization. In modern psychological science there are few studies of socialization within the informal educational process. Provided that the successful functioning of traditional institutions of socialization informal options complement regulatory conceptions of a person, increase his tolerance and adaptive capacity. In our Pilot study there was participated rather specific group of respondents. They are 32 people (17 women, 15 men), employment service workers. They are mainly residents of small towns and villages in Ukraine. A peculiarity of this group is that they did not participate in any kinds of informal socialization. Studies of an individual were held by means of innovative qualities self-evaluation scale (N.M.Lebedeva, A.N.Tatarko). Scale of subjective loneliness and projective techniques can help in the study of the effects of informal socialization, motivation factors were investigated by the method of Kotlyakov. It was revealed the presence of significant negative relation between the level of subjective individual loneliness and innovation potential (-0.419), the same negative effect exists with the high level of family values (- 0.410). Significant (at the 0.05 level) affect the desire for self-realization (0.395) and cognitive orientation identity (0.430). by the high level of family values (-0.410). Areas for future research will be studying the personality traits of people who are actively engaged in informal activities and willing to realize their innovative potential.
