The difficulties of creative potential future cook-confectioner vocational education in modern conditions: results constants phase of the survey
Among the demands that call employers staff and one of our most important is responsibility, professional creativity and Self-motivation. An employee who finds these qualities in the workplace, is attached to the formation of competitiveness of the enterprise. The article was considered students encouraging vocational schools in creative activities, its methodological support, it covers the difficulties of creative potential future cooks-confectioner, which were revealed in modern conditions and associated with the imperfection of the organization and methodological support of creative activity vocational education. In the context of these requirements of graduates of vocational schools, where the insufficient attention was paid to the development of creative abilities and realization of creative potential personality, have employment. Selfrealization in the profession cook-confectioner requires application of creative approach in solving production tasks. The performed analysis, the ways of overcoming the difficulties that foresee the improvement of organization the creative activity of teaching and educational process of the university with an orientation on: the general profession, on the courses, kinds and forms of education. A special attention is paid to the opportunities out-of-school and outside educational activity.
